You can permanently delete your Hookr account from your phone.
You can delete your account by going directly to Settings screen.
For security reasons, we can't delete an account for you. You'll need to be able to log into your account to request deletion. If you can't remember your password or username, you can request support by email info@hookr.app
It may take up to 30 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. Copies of your content may remain after the 30 days in backup storage that we use to recover in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. Learn more about this in our Privacy Policy.
After your account is deleted, you can sign up again with the same username.
All your data will be deleted from the actual database immediately. After 30 days of your account deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted from backups and logs, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.
